As a fee for service provider, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If you have dental insurance our administrative department will prepare and submit all necessary forms on your behalf. This is done electronically and usually the same day services are provided. The insurance company will then provide your reimbursement directly to you within two to six weeks.

Our office is not contracted with HMO or PPO programs such as Delta Dental. However, this does not prevent us from providing services to persons covered under such plans, nor does it prevent patients from receiving their maximum benefits. Our focus is on recommending the treatment that is in our patients' best interest, and not in allowing the constraints of some insurance plans to dictate the treatment we provide.

Prior to commencing any treatment, we provide written estimates and can also pre-authorize treatment, at your request, with your insurer so that you know what your insurance coverage will be. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call our office.
